"After a very long time of reading many books, I came across a grounded Self-Help book! "The Power of Wholeness" doesn't discuss superficial things that are nearly impossible to achieve. Instead, Dr. Verlaine explains how we are divided into subpersonalities that hold opposing beliefs. She describes how to integrate them to experience our full power and achieve amazing results.

"The Power of Wholeness" by Dr. Verlaine Crawford is a book that, according to me, is the most accurate in finding out the root cause of many of our problems today. The root lies in our past programming about the world. Our perspective plays a very important role in creating our present and future. Thus, leaving behind our past and moving on is important.

Dr. Verlaine provides practical tools to improve our health, wealth, love, and self-expression. She writes about changing our attitude, getting a healthy routine, working on our mental health, and accumulating wealth. The most important thing is that the action plan is possible if we really try.

This book changed my perspective about life! I was amazed at how Dr. Verlaine pointed out the major issues that an individual can experience. She clearly explains how to determine the root cause of the blocks we hold within us that stop us from achieving our goals. She does so in a language and examples that are easily understood.

I appreciated Dr. Verlaine's writing style since many self-help books become boring with time. (Some are boring from the very first chapter.) Not so with "The Power of Wholeness"! I was engaged from beginning to end.

"The Power of Wholeness" is a must-read! I recommend this book to people of all ages. It will help you understand how your hidden beliefs (programming) form your thoughts to create your personal reality. You will learn to change negative beliefs and use your thoughts and intuition to make life much easier!
